Lovely family run licensed hotel on Paignton seafront,with ample free private parking. All rooms en-suite with TV- Freeview/DVD,beverage making,clock radio,mini fridge,hairdryer,towels, toiletries, WiFi and central heating. All front rooms have glorious views over the bay and ground floor rooms are available. Well stocked licensed bar and comfortable lounge with books and games to borrow.DVD hire available. Children welcome, travel cots and highchairs provided on request. We serve a delicious breakfast with vegetarians catered for. The hotel is opposite the beach,greens,multiplex cinema,mini golf,harbour and minutes from shops,bars,restaurants and Paignton pier. We can collect you from Paignton bus and train stations. Whatever the length of your stay, you can be assured of a warm welcome.

Overall - "We will definately stay here again, Trish & Dave were very friendly and excellent hosts. The hotel and bedroom were spotlessly clean. We went on a cold, wet weekend at the end of November and the hotel was lovely and warm all the time. We will be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends."
