Friendly family run Hotel. Close to all that Blackpool has to offer.Ample Parking Recently refurbished for 2006. Food superbly cooked by ex Premier League Executive Chef Barrie Roberts.

Overall - "My partner and i wanted a ONE NIGHT stop over the weekend and were really pleased we found a guest house that allowed it. We discovered that many others do to and they're rates were alot less. The breakfast was lovely but we had to leave so soon. Company policy asks you to leave by 10.30am. I felt it was made quite clear that normally ONE NIGHTS are a no no, and at that point felt uncomfortable. I would go back an stay and i'd love to introduce my friends and family but the prices would have to drop, more time in a morning given, and if a ONE NIGHT vacancy was available."
Good points - "I didn't have to say my name at first entry the host knew who i was and i was welcomed with a lovely brew."
Bad points - "We felt like we paid alot considering we were there for less than 24 hrs. Having to leave before 10.30am. It would have been nice to have a meal there but not enough time."
