The inn overlooks the cricket pitch at Rickling Green, Essex - only eight miles from Stansted Airport but a world away from any noise, hustle or bustle.
In fact, a visit to the Cricketers brings you the best of every world - whether it's a quick drink in the real ale bar, a top-class dinner in one of two haut cuisine restaurants, or an overnight stop in one of the beautifully refurbished bedrooms.
In the pub you'll find comfortable leather sofas, an open fire, a snug, and a generous, traditional bar with a superb selection of real cask ales, soft drinks and spirits. Here too you can sample from the extensive wine cellar - but better still, order wine with a meal from our superb international menu. There's room for up to 60 people in our two restaurants.
For the special occasion, enjoy our private dining and conference room for up to 12 people in complete privacy. Business or private, it's the perfect location. And in warmer months, our Japanese-style terraced garden takes the unique Cricketers' Arms style and ambience out into the open
